When I was studying at DeNayer Highschool to graduate as an Industrial Engineer, I participated the last 2 years in a so called student circle (Studenten kring). The first year I recreated their website from scratch, and the next year I was elected again. At that point, I didn't needed to do much, as the website was managed through an admin space by the parties who needed to posted stuff on it. Hooray to me :-)
